We’re the founders…
One of us comes from over a decade in the beauty industry, working with luxury brands and clients who expect nothing less than excellence. The other comes from a chemistry background, where precision and detail are everything.
Somewhere between meeting in a South London pub, sharing a love of tech, and an entrepreneurial drive, we combined those worlds to create websites worthy of the most advanced aesthetics professionals.
The result? Vaughan&Mont.
We’re big on digital equality. That means providing a friendly, down-to-earth environment free of tech talk and judgment, accessible for everyone.
We keep your input simple and structured, keeping you in the loop without pulling you away from your work.
Not Your Average Web Design Team…
I’m Hannah, originally from Manchester. I took an unconventional route, dropping out of sixth form and skipping uni to follow my dream of becoming a makeup artist.
For over a decade, I worked in the intense world of fashion and beauty, for clients who expect the best.
After eight years in London, the pandemic made me rethink my path. I discovered UX design and web development and instantly knew it was the right fit, a way to blend my creativity and beauty experience with digital skills.
I’m Matt, originally from Belfast. I earned my Master’s in Organic Chemistry before working as a synthetic chemist. I enjoyed the structured nature of lab work. Systems fascinated me, and I loved applying logical thinking to real-world problems.
But I wanted the freedom to create something of my own, where I could use my analytical mindset while having the flexibility to be creative. Coding was always an interest of mine and with so many transferable skills from my chemistry background, my dream was to build something new in tech.
